Booking & Deposits/Payments

A $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
No deposit= appointment is not confirmed.
Remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
Cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay accepted.
No post-service payments.

Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations or no-shows= deposit is non-refundable.
Two no shows= future bookings may be declined.

Rescheduling

One reschedule allowed per appointment with at least 24hrs notice.
Same-day rescheduling count as cancellations.

Late Arrivals

10-minute grace period.
After 10 minutes, appointment may be canceled or service may be shortened (full price still applies).

Hygiene & Safety

All tools and linens are sanitized after every client.
If you’re sick, please reschedule your appointment.

Client Preparation

Please arrive with a clean face (no heavy makeup).
Inform about allergies, medical conditions, or medications.
Services will not be performed on broken, burned, or infected skin.

Guest/No children

This is a private studio. No additional guests during service.

Respectful Environment

Relaxing environment: please keep phone on silent or vibrate.
Disrespectful behavior will result in service cancelled without refund.
